Not only these food brings you happiness, but all these ingredients are also healthy too. Strawberries and grapes are rich in flavonoids that are good to your heart. Pineapples are rich in fiber which can aid digestion and cleansing. Apples and oranges are rich in vitamin C and ascorbic acid. Banana which is rich in potassium that is healthy for the heart and muscles.

 

 Ingredients

1 green apple and 3 strawberries diced
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
1 apple – peeled, cored and diced
1 orange – peeled, diced and juice reserved
1 banana, sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

 

How to:
Toss altogether the pineapple, apple, orange, banana, and grapes in a bowl. Including the juice from the pineapple and orange and let chill until serving.
